Police Investigate Death of 72-Year-Old Woman Found with Injuries in Burrell Boom

The death of Linda Morgan,72, of the Fresh Pond Community in Burrell Boom Village, is under investigation. Police were called out to the area where they found Morgan’s unresponsive body, lying in her bathroom with cut wounds to the leg.  

ASP Stacy Smith: “Forensic unit personnel were summoned for the processing of the scene and police have secured several pieces of exhibits and are in the process of recording statements from persons who they believe can assist with this ongoing death investigation. The body of Mrs. Morgan now awaits a post-mortem examination.”
