Popular podcaster Jaii Frais among three shot at Carnival party, Jahvy Ambassador arrested

Popular podcaster Jhaedee “Jaii Frais” Richards is currently hospitalized under police guard following a shooting incident that left three people injured after carnival festivities on Sunday night at the Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre.

Among the injured is an innocent bystander, while another victim believed to be a member of an entertainer’s entourage remains in critical condition and is undergoing surgery.

The entourage member is said to be known only by his alias “Chum”.

According to police sources, music producer and manager Jahvel “Jahvy Ambassador” Morrison is also in custody in connection with the incident.

Reports indicate that Richards had gone to the restroom during the event and was allegedly attacked by a group of men upon exiting. During the altercation, at least two firearms were reportedly drawn. One, a Glock 9mm pistol, was allegedly taken from Morrison, who is said to be a licensed firearm holder. The other firearm was reportedly seized by Richards after he disarmed one of his attackers and later handed it over to the police.

Up to this point, no charges have been formally laid.
