Two time 100-metres hurdles World champion, Danielle Williams, says fitness was the key to her performance at the recent National Championships which helped her book a seat on the plane to Paris for the Olympics.
Williams posted 12.53 seconds for a second place finish. The 31-year-old believes she could have gone faster.
Williams says she continues to be encouraged by her fans.
